Spring 2016 Fashion Series! Post 5: Latin Inspired

I have a question...Was every designer vacationing in South America when they found inspiration for their Spring/Summer 2016 lines? Or is this latest spring trend emphasizing the increasing Latin presence in North America? Whatever the reasons for this look to turn up so big on the runway I am not complaining... it is simply fabulous!
There is something so romantic yet fierce about this Latin-infused style. It is sassy in all the right ways with bold, vibrant colors (lots of reds), bare shoulders, floral embroidery, tiered layers, lace, ruffles and beading. I for one am excited that Latin-inspired styles repeatedly graced the runway for spring 2016 and have already incorporated this trend into my wardrobe.

Below is a look at how the Latin trend demanded attention on the runway for spring 2016.

  1. What a great fashion event! I loved watching these photographs and all attires are beautiful. I was just looking for event space ideas and this one seems perfect. I think it would be nice to organize a party like a fashion event.

    1. Hi Mark.
I am glad you enjoyed all the images and the looks. All of these images (event space and attire) are from Fashion Week. The names of each designer are under each image. If one of the spaces stood out to you (or all of them) you can probably google the name of the designer and Spring 2016 Fashion Week to see where their events were held last fall. Good luck with your event space search.
